How Many Calories Should I Eat?

Hi all, I need a little bit of advice. I'm currently in the 110-115lb range, 26 year old female, and 5 foot 4. I burn about 500 calories a day with a combination of stationary bike/walking. My question is, how many calories would be advisable to maintain my current weight? I am a little worried I may be a bit under and losing, and just want some advice. All these calculator sites are driving me nuts with the different amounts recommended, so I thought I'd ask here. Thanks!

Start with the MFP recommended amount for maintenance, including eating back your exercise calories. Then from there, track your progress and how eating at that level for several weeks is affecting you. You can raise or lower your calories accordingly based on your own personal experience.9

And most of those sites don't work how MFP works so will always give different numbers. Pick how you want to account for your exercise, use the tool you select as designed and then adjust based on long term results until your maintain in your chosen weight range.
There's no pressure to get it exactly right straight away, adjusting your calorie goal will be required from time to time as your lifestyle, exercise and goals change.2
