I’m starting 21 Day Fix tomorrow and thought it might be helpful to have a thread to post about how it’s going. I’d love to hear about anyone else’s experiences with the program or even feel free to post about your progress in any program you are following!

I love 21 Day fix! Super easy to follow the containers and easy to put meals together. If you're not much of a cook.. pretty much anything goes. And explore with spices and seasonings you really can't go wrong. Good luck 🍀

I'll be starting tomorrow as well... though I'll be modifying the diet portion slightly.

I’m not following their diet at all. Just calorie counting.

Oh I’m not doing the container stuff just the workouts. I’m just going to stick with calorie counting for my diet.

Did my first workout today! Was harder than I was expecting but I got through with modifying some of the moves. I was dripping sweat by the end of it!

Day 2 done! My legs were so sore this morning from yesterday and then of course today was leg day! But I pushed through and got it done!
