I'm back, Hi!

Had back pain, went to the dr and was prescribed bloodpressure medicine. Weighed in at 283lbs. I had no idea my weight, and decided I'm not going to be on medication so I didnt take it and instead decided to change my habits. That was a month ago. I left the Dr office and cut sugar out of my diet, lowered sodium got a Costco membership and started prepairing all meals from fresh ingredients. I have lost 23 lbs so far and just got on this app syncing steps and working out. Most my adult life I've been between 200-220 and plan on going below 200 with no plans or end date to my eating habit changes. Already feeling better and just wanted to introduce myself and say hi to everone else thats seriously changing their lifestyle.
