My friends on this apps seem to be inactive. May i know if people still using this apps? If so may i hear ur story? Hows ur journey? Mine got ups and down, but my weight is currently steadily going down. I dont key in my food everyday here, i just keep myself aware of how much i ate, but when i feel like that day i have eaten a lot then I'll key in to be sure that my calorie intake does not exceed. I also do intermittent fasting 5 times a week and i am a dedicated runner, but more to slow runner. I hike and cycle too,and have a set of dumbell, kettlebell, resistance band etc.
