Anyone wanna cleanse?

I am fully aware I will get hateful comments about this post, but even if I find one buddy who would like to do the cleanse with me than it is worth it.

I am going to do the 10 day Master Cleanse starting the 23rd and ending the 2nd.

http://themastercleanse.org/

That is a link about the cleanse, you are getting calories in this diet so it is NOT a starvation diet so please, spare me the lecture.

If you are interested in joining me, I am starting tomorrow in the "Ease in" part where you remove process food preparing you for the clease :)

I'm not a big fan of cleanses (I find that eating a certain way helps me stay "clean") but I highly recommend Ultimate Reset which spreads the process out over a couple weeks. It's easier on your system. http://www.ultimatereset.com/?referringRepId=265947

For anyone who feels like they need a cleanse and doesn't want to spend that kind of money, I suggest reading "Journey to the Center of your Colon" (free ebook google it) and then trying something like a vega one protein shake every morning. Not the gnc super crazy muscle building kind, but Vega or Shakeology (I actually sell Shakeology as part of my fitness store but even though shakeology tastes better, I think Vega works better for cleaning you out) or something that still has protein to nurture your body.

If you really just wanna cleanse without chemicals, Dr Ben Kim's greens- two big spoonfuls mixed in the morning about a half hour before breakfast and another one about a half hour before dinner. works like a champ.
