Crockpot oatmeal
This is my favourite oatmeal recipe, I make it Sunday nights and make a big batch (triple the recipe) and we eat it all week. I don't add the sugar since I put syrup on it and I tend to forget the salt. I've also found that Granny Smith apples are best and I add them in the morning, I peel and slice them, put them in, stir it and then go work out and it's just right when I get back.
