Meal Prep idea

So I currently weight in at whopping 144 kilos. I got a new plan to consume 2472 cals per day. 300gm of protein. Problem is I struggle with meal preparation and I have a tiny freezer space and i am using protein powder twice a day. I mainly do night shift, help please. Pardon my grammar.
