need support to stay motivated

I have about 70 pounds to lose and every morning i feel strong,. but by midday i lose steam and mess up. I'm 42 years old and it's just not as easy as it used to be. please help!

    Meal prep might help! If you have foods planned and prepared it might be easier to avoid temptation.
