Hi everyone, I’ve had the app for years and haven’t really used it. Been doing WW for last 6 months but found the weight loss has not been that successful. I’m looking at switching over. I’ve already started putting in calories and realised I’ve been eating way more calories with WW than would allow for weight loss. So I’m now not surprised my loss has been limited. Some foods lower on ‘points’ are actually higher in calories than I realised. So I will be trialling this over the next few weeks and if it’s working as expected will make the switch.
