How do I view vitamin/mineral amounts in units as opposed to percentage?

I’m anemic, so I need to view my iron levels in mg instead of a broad RDI percentage. Same with calcium levels as I’m allergic to dairy and have to monitor calcium and other minerals. Help please!

I don't think it's possible to get that detailed info on the free version...and I've never used the Premium.
Here's a Help desk article that may help you (?) Look at the bottom of the article.

You can access "Help" at the top of any page on the site. https://myfitnesspal.zendesk.com/hc/en-us?flash_digest=0b1f591e2a86a14468d6213bde45150e9d136aa3

The calcium listed on food labels is based on 1,000 mg per day. With that know-how, you can calculate the percentage into milligrams. For example, a food with calcium listed at 7% DV would be calculated this way: .07 x 1,000 mg = 70 mg calcium per serving.2

And the iron on U.S. is based on 100% = 18 mg.
I doubt premium would be any different, as it uses the same database that the free version does.2
