Hi guys,
I'm looking for a in home workout routine to build muscle. I have done insanity twice and p90x, what I'm saying with this, is that I'm willing to work hard:) P90X is great but I wonna take it to a new level. So I'm looking if one of you guys can give me a solid workout/muscle building routine for home that I would only have to use dumbbells (I have the bowflex which goes up to 52.5 lbs each) and a pullup bar.
If anyone can gimme a site/link or their own personal routine I would really appreciate it.
Thanks:)

Jarie Love workouts are great If you are crunched for time Kendall Hogan Total Resculpt is a good total body one too but not quite as difficult. The Jari Love ones will keep you in shape for sure. And kettlebells are awesome as well0

Chalene Extreme uses dumb bells and is a good 90 day program. I have tried it and it is fun. I have not tried Body Beast, but have seen good results from people who have been doing it.0
