Back at it and ready for change. Recently diagnosed with heart failure due to a freak viral infection and on the road to recovery. I have had to make major lifestyle changes and learning this new way of thinking, eating and working out. If you haven't already, read the stickies at the top of the getting started forum. Very informative and helpful.

Buy a food scale. Weigh everything you eat and log into the food diary.
