I know it's the constant challenge. Falling off the wagon, getting back on...
Here I am again. I need to be healthier. It often feels overwhelming.
How are you supposed to balance working 80+ hours/week, raising 3 kids, and exercising?
my anxiety is high, but I'm here!
Hey, guys! How's it going??

Hi and welcome! And by the way, holy *kitten* to 80+ hours per week. Most full time employees balance 40-50 with or without kids.

I would suggest starting small. Don't change everything at once. First start by training yourself to log everything you eat. Then work on making small changes one at a time to build habits while maintaining your sanity and learning what is and isn't sustainable for you. Based on that amount of work hours, I would suggest incorporating exercise with family time like walks or hikes or bike rides together. Or just even small 5-10 minute walks during breaks at work.

    You can do this!
