New motivation

Hey! My name is Olivia and I’m looking/welcoming new friends and all pieces of advice.
I’m 5’7” and my CW is nearly 200lbs and my GW is 140. Back in 2014 I was really into fitness and lost about 30lbs by walking and counting calories + light weights, and I went from 190 to 160.
It was awesome. I felt great and was still allowing myself some of my favorite things like candy, ice cream, pasta, candy... but I let myself go overboard and I let myself get lazier and lazier. And then I reached my highest weight ever at 200lbs.
Well I’m done letting it get any higher. My boyfriend has been losing his extra lbs, so now it’s my turn.

    Hello there my name is Olivia as well :) I have a very similar story to your’s. At my highest I was 200lbs but through years of hard work and dedication I’m down to 140 and now trying my hardest to maintain that! Good luck on your journey, all the hard work will be worth it!
