Easiest Protein Pancakes Ever!!

This is my favourite taste wise, and definitely the easiest, protein pancakes I have ever made!
Super simple!
INGREDIENTS
-One overripe banana.
-Two eggs.
-One scoop of whey protein, any flavour. (I use Matrix 5.0 by Syntrax in Cookies and Cream.)

METHOD
1. Mash the banana.
2. Whisk the eggs.
3. Mix them in a bowl with the scoop of whey protein.
4. Cook as you would any other pancake.

I eat mine topped with either Walden Farms pancake syrup and berry compote or with homemade chocolate peanut sauce made from peanut butter, cocao and warm water. These are honestly s delicious and the flavour combinations are endless with different flavoured wheys and toppings.

Other toppings you could have: Chia jam, sugar free jam, caramel sauce, bananas, yoghurt, berries, stewed apples or lemon and honey! Hope you all enjoy!
