I’m only 59 and the scales showed me 231.4 on Monday. WTF? I’m going the wrong way. Join me in a serious effort to be better each day.
I’ve never been in a group before. I’m turning 60 December 21st. I’d like to be 199. You know onederland? (Most likely in the new year)
Started Monday, I’m doing G.I.
Best of luck ladies & gents! Sugar is the devil (for me)

What is GI? And why only 8 weeks?
You want to make this a lifestyle change.
By the way, I'll be 62 in December. 😉0 -
It’s the GI diet by Rick Gallop. It’s about controlling your glycemic index. I’ve done it in the past and dropped like 70 lbs?
I will continue. By goal right now is to be 100% till my birthday so hopefully I will look and feel better.
What are you following?0 -
Oh, GI. That makes sense.
I'm not following any plan. I eat mostly a pescatarian diet. Today I had pork roast because I was in the mood but mostly plant based with seafood, eggs and some dairy.
I eat the foods I love. I stay in a calorie deficit. I lose weight. Works for me! 😀
Good luck with your journey!0 -
Good luck to you too!0
