Getting back!

Just getting back to My Fitness after a couple of year break. Hard to a guy turning 70 next year to shred the pounds. Want to get from 183 to 165 pounds in 3 months which is do able. Would love a few friends support to help a guy in Vancouver BC.
Any tips is welcome for meals, discipline? I am still working full tile to keep focused and active
but need to cut out the beer and wine.
