Getting back!

Just getting back to My Fitness after a couple of year break. Hard for a guy turning 70 next year to shred the pounds. Want to get from 183 to 165 pounds in 3 months which is do able. Would love a few friends support to help a guy in Vancouver BC.
Any tips is welcome for meals, discipline? I am still working full tile to keep focused and active
but need to cut out the beer and wine.

    I turn 50 in a couple of days and am on a life overhaul here not just because of age but Diabetes (high end type 2) and the fact i just want to be around a lot lot longer. Feel free to add. My only tips are eat smaller and often, keep on moving even if it is just walking and dont ban yourself from stuff as you will crave it more, just make yourself accountable for it.
