I know calorie deficit is what works for everyone. I know tracking calories is the best way to do it. But it’s so hard! Anyways, I am trying to be consistent and want to feel good about my body again! So, feel free to add me! I would love the encouragement and community

It really is a question of habit. I think losing is easier than maintenance. With maintenance, you're letting different foods back in. Calorie deficit, you basically stick to the plan.
Anyway, good luck.0 -
Me too. Just done my first full week for a loooong while on MFP and getting back into the swing of things with exercise. Hoping to keep it up and resist to December temptation! Anybody in the same boat feel free to add me0
