Anyone wants to join? Rules:-
1. Lose weight in a healthy way
2. No starving. Can do interminent fasting
3. No keto diet as it gives temporary results
5. Limit daily calorie intake
6. Zero sugar
7. Walk an hour a day or 30 mins aerobics
8. Daily discussion on progress and tips
