three kiddos, 6, 8, and 10
work overnights five nights a week
lift and do body weight strength-building regularly but short durations (not much time). play hard with the kids, jog and run steps at work. ride a stationary bike at home. run everywhere i go (because, no time for walking!).

need to build actual and substantial muscle mass to increase bone density to stave off osteoporosis, which is coming for us all, but faster for me. strength and muscle endurance would be nice, too. i’d like to get into climbing. i am happy with my cardio shape. but, i need to increase mobility and flexibility.

just watched game changers and have a background in healthcare and scientific research. thought it was pretty compelling. kinda want to give it a try. but, i also have to feed three littles and live my busy life. can’t spend all my time figuring out how to eat vegan healthfully.

so, please friend me if you are into any of this stuff and can relate to my lifestyle. especially if you’re in minnesota. thanks!
