Keto Beginner - Weight Loss Stalled At Week 2???

I’m on week 3 and I lost 9 pounds the first week and zero the second. Still in ketosis and still drinking a ton of water and still eating less calories. Did anyone experience this? I’m also not eating after 7pm (usually) and don’t eat breakfast until usually 9am, which I would consider kind of like intermittent fasting. Is there a “whoosh” coming or what??

    Keto is not a calorie deficit WOE. And you only drink water to thirst otherwise your washing away electrolytes. Use goodcalculator.com to calculate your TDEE and BMR. This will tell you your calories for the day. Eat within those 2 numbers. Example: I'm 43 5 feet 5 in. Weigh 249 my calories should always be between 1819 and 2183. Use calculator on cite, don't need to download. I've lost 37 lbs and feel great!! Carb limit is 20 grams. Most of calories should come from fat.
