Hello everyone!
I am Relicat. I joined this platform just now. I was very fit and healthy 9 months back but within this short period of time, I have put on 10 kgs (aprox 20 lb) of weight . Thanks to my anxiety disorder and severe depressive episode I went through. I am still struggling with these internal demons but I have to start somewhere no? I don't want to stay as a victim of my circumstances. I am taking this first step to get back on track and be in the healthy zone of life no matter how tough it gets. My exams are till January so I can not take any drastic step to change, however I wish to be conscious of what I stuff in my body and nudge myself to keep moving my *kitten*. These two things constitute my 3 month goal and here I go!
