Fellow Michiganders heading into winter can be tough. Worked hard this year. Looking for fellow gym rats to keep me honest in my cold winter workouts

    I’m in Canada but border Michigan so I know all to well how much the cold winters can break a great workout routine and make that comfort food so much more tempting!

    I'm a Michigander! The weather is still holding...enjoy it while you can. I work out indoors, have a spin bike, eliptical and horribly inaccurate treadmill that kicks my *kitten*. I also have a big stack of weights. I work out most every day and am trying to get back into eating right.
    I would love to add some friends.
