Hello I was wondering if I’m wanting to lose weight what is the ideal daily intake I should do for Protein , carbs and fat intake I’m starting weight at 146

I have just used the intake guidelines for those that the app figures for me. I did up my fiber goal from the app suggestion, but otherwise, I just look at the numbers at the bottom of the chart each day. Calcium is the other thing I try to keep an eye on as I have family history of osteoporosis2

The site defaults are set by general good nutrition Guidelines. It's 50C/30F/20P.
