Does anyone use a slosh ball (aqua fit ball) in their workouts ?

I have a medicine ball designed to be filled with water. The water moving (sloshing around) inside I find greatly adds to the difficulty of the exercises I use it on and you can feel how many small stablizer muscles it brings into play. The one I have now is filled to around thirty pounds and after a couple sets you feel like its closer to 45#. I want to purchase a bigger one that holds up to 75# of water. I think I will begin with 50# in it because these water balls are beasts...lol
Do any of you use these ?
