That slow-down in weekly loss is kicking in

Started to get that slowdown which I have been reading about. Any advice for motivation guys?

Weekly Achievements So Far:
Wk 1 -4lb
Wk 2 -7lb
Wk 3 -4lb
Wk 4 -4lb
Wk 5 -3lb
Wk 6 -5lb
Wk 7 -2lb
Wk 8 -1lb

David. 6ft tall now 16st 11. Was 18st 13lb 8 weeks ago

    Just keep reminding yourself that you are doing to make lifelong changes. You don't want to go through this for a short time, fall back into old habits, and then have to do this again. It's can be a struggle at times but so worth it to stick with this and do it once regardless of how long it takes.

    Have you recalculated your daily calories for your new weight?

    Remind yourself lifestyle change not a diet. And as much as it pains us to remember this. The weight mostly likely was not all gained in 8 weeks, or even 3 months. So the real deal is it will take time to come off. And we humans just are not very patient.
    But hey you are doing great, congratulations on your hard work.
