Started to get that slowdown which I have been reading about. Any advice for motivation guys?
Weekly Achievements So Far:
Wk 1 -4lb
Wk 2 -7lb
Wk 3 -4lb
Wk 4 -4lb
Wk 5 -3lb
Wk 6 -5lb
Wk 7 -2lb
Wk 8 -1lb

Just keep reminding yourself that you are doing to make lifelong changes. You don't want to go through this for a short time, fall back into old habits, and then have to do this again. It's can be a struggle at times but so worth it to stick with this and do it once regardless of how long it takes.

Remind yourself lifestyle change not a diet. And as much as it pains us to remember this. The weight mostly likely was not all gained in 8 weeks, or even 3 months. So the real deal is it will take time to come off. And we humans just are not very patient.
But hey you are doing great, congratulations on your hard work.2
