Hi I am Jules a 56 year old Brit from Glasgow. I lost 60lbs on a VLCD but fell off the wagon a stone from target and have regained a stone. I am DESPERATE to halt the gains but recognise that if I am going to keep this weight off I might need to do it more sensibly. So I am counting calories. Send me positive vibes...

Buy a food scale. Weigh everything you eat and log into the food diary.
