New to paying so much attention to my food!

Hi everyone!

First post.... Been tracking my food for a few weeks, am not massively overweight, but want to start getting into a UK 12 pair of jeans again!

I go to the gym a few times a week, cycle as well.

Just thought i'd say hello to everyone, fingers crossed I can keep it all going!

    You can do it, make some friends on here that keep you motivated!!

    Yeah, just keep an eye on your caloric intake and you will get there.

    It really is amazing learning about what is in the food we eat every day. I am constantly amazed at how few or how many calories are in certain foods.
