The first time ever math has been my friend

I was playing around online, googling weight loss stuff and came across a site that pretty much guaranteed to help you lose all your weight and be the “last diet you’ll ever need”... out of curiosity I filled in the general stats (height, weight, goal, age etc.) and it popped up saying I could be at my goal by March 2020. Now, I didn’t get their plan cuz it ended up being kinda scammy (surprise surprise) but when I did the math I realized that I actually COULD be at my goal by March 2020! It’d be a slightly aggressive goal but still doable. I’m totally blown away by how much of a mental shift that gave me, instead of thinking I’ll be at this for years and years and years it could really just be a few short months from now, as long as I stay accountable and on track.

Kinda neat.

    Noom? Sounds like Noom.

You can definitely do this. Weight loss is slow, sure, but it doesn't have to be glacial. A year or two is not so bad when you'll have many years after that to enjoy the results.

It's all very easy math. :)

What an incredible realization that must have been for you! Yep, it’s just math, and not even the complicated stuff we learned in high school! This, I can embrace!
