Adding weekly pedometer steps

Hi all
I walk approx 17000-18000 steps per day at work 5 days per week on top of weekly excercise. Should i include this in my excercise plan for burnt cals or just take it as a bonus.

    That could be around 8 miles or so a day. I would definitely count that, unless you've already covered it in your Profile's activity level.
