Hi, my name is Tom and I have been using fitness pal app for 190 days. I am new to message boards, i guess i am interested to know how other peoples fitness journeys are going. My lifestyle change began in Feb 2019 and i started using fitness pal app along the way. My first goal was to lose weight and become more active. I was 86 kg and wanted to be 71 kg, which i have recently achieved, my next goal is to maintain this. As mentioned i am very interested to know about other peoples fitness goals and how they going, please feel welcome to chat.
