dancing my way back into my size 10 jeans!!

Hi

I'm a mum of 3, my youngest is 15 months old.

I was a 12/14 when I met my husband and haven't been in my size ten since I was 22!

I'm 5'4 and weight 129lbs and looking to get back into my size 10 comfortably (I can get them on there's just not much room!)

I've just started going back to the gym and have started sh'bam and body jam and am totally loving it!

Anyone else tried it? Any other workouts anyone can suggest? I've got the Hannah Waterman DVD which I'm yet to try and going to give the Victoria's secret workout on YouTube a go also.

It'd be nice to have fellow ladies to chit chat about it all with!
