Retuning to MFP def keen on fit pals

Hi guys I was pretty active on MFP last year and was maintaining my weight super well.
Then earlier this year in feb I decided to stop smoking and bam 10kgs!
So I’ve been super strict with my eating but I’m not loosing I definitely need to up my physical activity.
Please feel free to add me and let’s get fit!!

    Well done on giving up smoking.

    How long have you been making an effort to lose that 10kg? unfortunately we seem to gain far quicker than we can lose :/

    With having just over 20lbs to lose aim for 0.5-1lb loss per week. You did it before, you will do it again. Wishing you all the best.
