Event this weekend

Hello everyone! I am new on here this week but I am already so appreciative of the support and motivation! I am standing up in a wedding this weekend which means I’ll have pretty little control over what I have for the next two weeks. I’m going to do my best to choose the healthier of options, limit alcohol, drink extra water, and obviously dance as much as I can! Wish me luck as I find balance the next two days!

    Have a wonderful time at the wedding, a few days in the grand scheme of things is fine, its all about getting back to eating at calorie deficit again straight away that counts.

    Two days is not long enough to derail you much! Just do the best you can, and have fun. The different food and drink and sleep schedule might cause some water retention and slower digestion so keep in mind you might have a few temporary excess pounds for a few days. Just get right back on track and keep moving forward. :drinker:
