Hello. I’ve been using MFP for several years now, but haven’t been diligently tracking lately. I’m mostly fit, but could use some toning up.

Hi. I am also worried about surviving the holidays. I started using the MFP in January of this year after some holiday weight gain. I also feel like I am at a good weight now, but need to focus more on strength training and muscle tone.2

Yes, "holiday eating" might be a big thing as we look at the entire season....just remember to take it one day at a time. Have the confidence that we have developed tools to be moderate, if we are committed. It's not necessary for me to make all the holiday cookie and candy varieties, but some should be made and savored!!! Life has its celebrations! I am planning to track, and maintaining my weight might be the reasonable goal, with those extra feasting times!2
