One year changed my life!

For over 30 years, I weighed between 350-425 pounds, constantly yo-yoing. Last year I joined MyFitnessPal and got serious about ALL aspects of my health - diet and exercise especially. Have worked my way up to 80-minute workouts every morning, with an additional 30 minutes of resistance training three days a week.

Calories restricted to less than 1800/day. Not every day is perfect, but I log even the bad days.

Down 132 pounds to 293...below 300 for the first time since 1989. Still a bit chunky, 40-50 pounds left to go before my doc is happy, but life feels so much better already!
