I'm so frustrated

I've been active all my life, I'm average in about everything, height, weight and build. I'm trying to lose 5 lbs and I'm getting no where. No matter how hard I workout and how Stick I diet, I cant seem to drop the weight. Any advice would be appreciated.

    May I suggest that you have a look at PFP's "success stories" where members turned their life around and over time (sometimes over a very long time) lost a tremendous lot of body weight as well. I always find those stories and pictures inspirational and that's one of those things which keeps me going.

    Hey, how long have you been dieting for and how many calories are you eating a day?

    I can sympathise, I had the same issue. I changed my diet, cutting out some food groups, to work out which ones were causing my weight loss to stall. Now I'm back on track again and feeling great!
