The challenge is for you to eliminate all added sugar from your for the month of November. This means NO refined sugar, natural sweeteners, or artificial sweeteners.

Naturally occurring sugars in fruits, vegetables, and other whole foods are acceptable for this challenge.

If you take up this challenge, At the end of each day. Post (No Added Sugar) if you didn’t I take any artificial sugars and (Added Sugar) if you made a slip.

Let’s encourage each other on this process and get to the fitness level we need to be at! :)
