I need help loosing weight..

I started to try and loose weight about 6 weeks ago. I weigh 110, originally I weighed 117 lbs, and I’ve been dieting and exercising since the 6 weeks and loosing weight. But since last week I’ve noticed that I’m not loosing anymore weight, my goal is 105, am I doing something wrong? Is there any way that can help me loose more weight to reach my goal?

    You dropped 7 lbs in 6 weeks. You're not doing anything wrong. Most of us aim for about 1 lb/week ... give it another 5 weeks.
