I've been into fitness for a while now. I love the feeling of moving and being in motion. Feeling my muscles work and pushing them, but some times it gets lonely pushing and motivating myself. I have been blessed to have succeeded in weight loss going from 265 lbs to 175 lbs. From a very sedentary lifestyle to a healthy one, but would love to hear how others are succeeding and staying motivared.
