I'm 4 stones down with a couple to go. I'm as slim as I've ever been and have run out of bags of clothes I used to fit into. I have to buy more but unsure of what to buy.

It was the late 90s when I last had a real choice of what to wear. It's been Evans and other plus size choices since then mostly. But fashion has moved on and I'm not in my 20s anymore so need to start from scratch. I feel a bit lost with it all.

How did you start over?

I have always embraced the "Just Shipwrecked" look.

    ... it's timeless.

It’s weird. I’ve always had this picture of myself in my mind. I’m wearing faded perfectly fitted jeans with a white shirt, ankle boots, beautiful earrings, my hair is short and looks amazing on me, my big dog is standing next to me and I’m just all that and a loaf of bread.

I’m sorry, what was the question? 🤭

I wear the same thing most of the time....

    plain black t-shirt (from 2xist)

    blue jeans or shorts

    canvas vans / no-show socks

....... other than Vans, a pair of RedWing Iron Ranger boots.

just choose some outfit staples and build around them.

I suppose the climate of your residence also matters....
