It gets harder and harder for me to loose weight

For most of my life I have been a couple of stone overweight. I think one of the secrets wis to have food ready prepared and know what you are going to eat. I don't think that calorie counting is that important but cutting down on fat and sugar works for me. Here I am again. I don't like the organise slimming clubs because its all about promoting their products and queuing for ages to get weighed. Its so boring to me. Wish me luck if anyone ones listening and good luck to all those people like me. x

    I wanted to first address the bolded text above. You accomplish weight loss by staying in a calorie deficit. It appears that you might not understand that.

    If you haven’t already, read the stickies at the top of the getting started forum. Very informative and educational.

    Buy a food scale. Weigh everything you eat and log into the food diary.
