So, I mostly use Instagram for cats and actual friends. I unfollowed most of the typical fitness models and competitors because I was just wasting time ogling at unrealistic bodies instead of focusing on me. There are a few IG accounts that I find truly educational so I thought I'd post my own recommendations.

He takes a very scientific approach based on research. His feed is filled with very educational infographics with some occasional profanity. His IG stories where he does rapid fire Q&A are really really good.

This is also a similar account but with more colorful language. He is well known for helping MMA fighters make weight without donating an organ or two.
What they both have in common is they don't shill supplements or promote any kind of "fad" diet or workout/challenge. They believe in sustainable and realistic goals using science-backed approaches. Following these accounts give me daily motivation and help reinforce the basics of nutrition/fitness. They are very refreshing to follow compared to some of the more major "influencers" who will happily shill fad products with no benefit other than slimming down your wallet.
If you know any others drop them below because they're kind of hard to discover.
