That is a seriously big target. Early weeks can provide big losses so you never know. Good luck though don't be disappointed if you lose less than 20, as long as you lose it is a winner.0

Unreasonable targets like this are a big part of why people quit. Unless you weigh over 400 lbs or plan to follow an unsafe plan, you won’t achieve this goal. Please reconsider.
I have mini goals of 5 pounds. That means my next goal is always in sight. I never attach a date to my goal. That eliminates stress. I’m really enjoying my weight loss journey and wish the same for you. 💛0
