I'm 39 years old, 5’3, 2 kiddos. My goal is to be at 140 consistently :)

Injuries have caused me to get down and gain weight but hoping to fight off the negative talk and stay optimistic this time!

    If you only have 25 pounds to lose, 20 pounds in 2 months is not a realistic goal. 2 pounds a week is only recommended for those with 60+ pounds to lose. You are better off at most targeting half that.
