Who will join me on my No Cheat November journey?

Hi, I'm Kevin!

Today I've started my No Cheat November journey.

My goal is to stick to my diet and strict training schedule for a whole month!

I've come back from living in Asia for 5 months with alot of amazing experiences and knowledge + not to forget an additional 10kg of bodyweight, ending up at an bodyfat percentage of 32% (food was amazing tho 🤭) Not to mention when Ieft I was at 16% 🙄

After 3 months of dieting and training I've almost reached my previous shape.

I will be training fullbody for 5 days a week with 2 days rest during the weekend.
Dieting for 30 days, no cheating!!
Time to kill this 💪
