Hi, I'm Kevin!
Today I've started my No Cheat November journey.
My goal is to stick to my diet and strict training schedule for a whole month!
I've come back from living in Asia for 5 months with alot of amazing experiences and knowledge + not to forget an additional 10kg of bodyweight, ending up at an bodyfat percentage of 32% (food was amazing though 🤭)
Not to forget to mention when Ieft I was at 16% 🙄
After 3 months of dieting and training I've almost reached my previous shape.
I will be training fullbody for 5 days a week with 2 days rest during the weekend.
Challenge is not to cheat for 30 days!!
1350 kcal on training days
1224 kcal on rest days
Time to kill this 💪

I'm in. I'll add my intake to the Lifesum app in the morning, and post the total here. I am not allowed to eat any additional food for the rest of the day, under pain and embarrassment of posting the next day that I cheated.1
