Changing the macro levels

Hi, can anyone help? I’ve just joined Team RH and need to change my macros. It won’t let me as it takes it over the 100% mark to 125%. Am I doing something wrong or do I need to upgrade?

    What you're doing wrong is making your macros add up to 125%! You need to lower your other macro/s to balance whichever one/s you're increasing.

    Yeah, you can only eat 100% - so change your percentages accordingly.
