30 Days Challenge NOT FOR BEGINNERS (Keto Fasting)

Here's the DEAL, starting today (or when did you read this). You have to FAST for 22 HOURS and FEAST for 2 HOURS for 30 DAYS.

This is not safe, I guess. But I can guarantee a rapid weightloss for your part. This might also have a yo-yo effect if you started eating again like you NORMALLY do, you know, having donuts, sweets, or any high amount of and sugar. This challenge will also cost you since the only food that is cheap enough to eat in keto is...you know, egg.

You can do dirty keto or strict keto, you choose. You can eat any amount of ALLOWED food during the FEAST time on this challenge. No calorie ristriction, but be mindful about the carbs you intake.

So, you have to update your weight every five (5) days.

Day 01: 136 lbs

PLEASE DO NOT THIS CHALLENGE IF YOU ARE NOT AWARE OF WHAT KETO IS. And for those who do not do FASTING ALL, GO AWAY! This is almost suicide. Kidding hahaha.

Yah, I am doing this before Christmas start to strike. And I really want to lose my stubborn fats before 2020.

BTW, there is no exercise required here.
